Job Description

Our client is a highly successful, growing company based in North West Oxfordshire. They focus on manufacturing specialist electronics products across 3 different sectors. Due to continued growth they are now looking to acquire the services of an Export Administrator to work in their Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity with significant rewards and recognition.

Export Administrator Main Responsibilities:

  • Arranging shipping and customs documentation in adherence to Government laws and legislations.
  • Processing customer orders and liaise with other departments to rectify queries and sending sales confirmations to customers following the company and legal guidelines.
  • Processing sales invoices using the company system.
  • Organise collection of orders both nationally and worldwide from the customer for any returns.
  • Assist with customer queries either over telephone or via e-mail regarding shipments, compliance and processed orders.
  • Ensuring both paper and electronic records are updated to meet compliance regulations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Background in an office administration role.
  • Confident to work independently.
  • Ability to priotise workload and problem solve when issues arise.
  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of preparing and processing shipping paperwork is desirable but not necessary.
