Job Description

Our client is a well-respected and growing company based near Kenilworth. They are market leaders in delivering events & conferences for senior level participants (CEO’s, MD’s and Directors etc.). They are now looking to recruit a creative Digital Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start building their marketing career or for someone with events experience that would like to progress into a marketing position. The successful candidate will be responsible for variety digital marketing projects including; socials, website, email and the digital strategy.

Due to the location of the Business, having a driving license is essential for this role.

Digital Marketing Assistant Main Responsibilities:

  • Co-creating and maintaining content for the website, social channels, email campaigns, and online community, analysing data and contributing to the company’s digital strategy.
  • Ensuring that the company’s marketing processes and channels contribute to the ongoing growth and engagement of the business.
  • Creating visual graphics for use on social media, company website, event sponsors and individual members of the team.
  • Assist with creating, recording and editing of video content.
  • Take on design projects, proofreading the copy, and managing the quality control processes for event agendas and brochures.
  • Updating event material templates.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Keen interest in the B2B Events sector or marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Agile mentality, willingness to adapt.
  • Creative, proactive and energetic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player but also able to work autonomously (people person).
  • Full driving license and transport (essential).

Additional Information:

  • Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, 1 hour break, 2-3 days a week in the office.
  • Potential for nation & international travel, Team lunches, Free parking.
