Job Description

Our client is one of the most established corporate promotional companies in the world. They are highly respected within their industry and are In the process of growing their already thriving business. Due to continued investment into ensuring they have the best manufacturing machinery possible, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Production Coordinator to work within their Operations Team. This is a unique role for an individual who is looking to kickstart a career within Production/Supply Chain and look to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process start to finish. The ideal candidate will be someone with prior administration experience and has confidence in lone working.

Production Coordinator Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders for the Production Team using the internal system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and distributing these orders across the Production floor.
  • Receiving external orders, understanding deadlines and ensuring the production runs accordingly to accommodate deadlines set.
  • General admin tasks to assist the Operations Manager day to day.
  • Correctly updating Excel spreadsheets to provide reports to the Operations Manager with orders and timescales.
  • Assisting and resolving any queries that members of staff may have related to Production.
  • Creating, organising and processing production paperwork once orders are completed.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Admin experience is essential.
  • Ability to work alone at certain times through the day as this is a small team you will be joining.
  • Confident and organised Individual who is not afraid to speak up or ask questions when necessary.
  • An individual who applies themselves and wants to get stuck into learning the business and learn the background of the Production/Supply Chain sector.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours are Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00. These hours can be flexible to an extent but will remain working 37.5 hours per week.
  • This role is working full time within our clients Banbury site.
  • Free parking on site/public transport routes close by.
